Privacy policy

Quartermaster is run by Kenter.ai, based in The Netherlands. Kenter.ai is the controller of your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For any privacy question or request, reach us on our Discord server.

• Your name and email address
• Whether you are joining individually or with a guild
• Your guild name, guild role and target guild size, when applicable
• That you agreed to be contacted, and when you signed up
• Whether you unsubscribed from our emails, and when

To keep bots out of the waitlist, we also store a scrambled, one-way version of your internet (IP) address for a short time. It cannot be turned back into your address and is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

We use your details to keep your or your guild's place on the waitlist, give you early access when it opens, and email you about the Quartermaster beta and launch. We rely on the consent you give with the checkbox on the signup form (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). The short-lived IP hash is used only to prevent abuse, which is our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

• Our hosting and database provider: stores the waitlist and runs the website.
• Resend: sends our emails and keeps our mailing list. Resend is based in the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU's standard contractual clauses.

These providers only process your data on our instructions.

We keep your waitlist details until Quartermaster launches and you have had your early access, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you but keep your early-access spot unless you ask us to remove it.

You can at any time:

• ask to see the data we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• withdraw your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link
• object to how we use your data, or ask us to limit it
• ask for a copy of your data in a common format

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

The landing page does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
